shipping policy

our team processes orders within 24 to 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of Canadian and US public holidays. orders received on weekends or Canadian and US public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. 

shipping within Canada

shipments to Canadian addresses will be made by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Fedex. all orders qualify for free shipping within Canada. Standard shipping times within Canada can be up to 6 business days.

when placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.

once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number to enable you to track your order.

if an item is defective or damaged, please email us at within 14 days of receipt of your package and we will refund your purchase. Please make sure your return is in its original, unopened box or packaging.

shipping outside of Canada

at this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

return policy

  • If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! gldn hour guarantees our products for 30 days. We offer free, simple returns within 30 days of purchase to the original payment method (less shipping charges). Note: Accessories, discounted/sale items, and gifted products are final sale.
  • If you decide the flavours aren't for you, email and include your order number with a description of the reason for your return. We’ll issue a return label and process your refund (less shipping charges) once we’ve received the blend(s) back.
  • We don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received. 
  • We charge a small reshipment fee of $10 for incorrectly provided addresses at checkout.
  • We will refund or reship lost orders as long as we are notified within 30 days of your order date.
  • We don't offer exchanges.
  • Standard Shipping is $12 on orders under $50.
  • All carrier delivery estimates have been suspended due to Covid-19. We offer standard shipping (7-10 business days). We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across Canada and the US are continuing to experience delays.
  • For updates on your shipment please check your order confirmation for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier. 
  • Pre-orders are shipped once all items in your cart are back in stock (no partial shipments).
what to do to return an order:
    • go to order history tab in my account and copy the order number of the order you would like to return.
    • email with the subject line “return request.” In the body of the email, you must provide the applicable order number, the specific item or items you would like to return and also include the reason for the return.
    • someone from our team will provide you with return instructions, and a prepaid return label via email, if necessary.
    • drop your return off at any Canada Post drop-off location, or schedule a pick up through Canada Post, as needed. Yes it is that easy!
    • Products must be received back (in good condition) within 30 days of the return label being issued.

please note that purchases made with a promo code or pursuant to a promotion are final and are not eligible for return, unless the reason for the return request is for errors or inaccuracies in the order made by gldn hour.
